RAG - RSG's Application Generator

The generator runs on a special database, which contains a hundreds of pre-defined datasets, data structures with their possible formats, cleansing types and related connections. The database contains reference lists as well for cleansing purposes, like firstname database, common family names, postal codes with cities and streets, phone formats and area codes, email format with popular domain names etc.

The generator stores in it's own database also already produced modules and routines in special formats. Therefore RAG is able to produce a common CRM online application within a few days (without importing the customer's database).

E-mail Marketing Information & Management System

The system is not "a-yet-an-other-email-tool" program or application; it is a system with complex analysis tools and dynamic reporting modules to provide proper statistical numbers for integrated campaign planning and management.

ProMotion - Online Promotion System

ProMotion is a COTS like system where new promotions of our clients can be setup very easily and quickly. The application has a webpage with point collection sub-system and with a small webshop for point redemption. Customers have the possibility to browse the products and gifts in the webshop, to store their points and to manage them and to handle their contact information. The application has an administration interface where for example new product codes can be generated for the point collection module and due to the integrated courier service information all delivered packages (exchanged products, gifts) can be followed up.

RSG Database Hotel - Online frontend for marketing databases

Our database hotel consists two main parts.

First part is the back-end, which stores all marketing databases of clients separately (according to the data protection standards) in the internal format of the database (Data Dictionary) and handles the different selections of clients per campaigns, per promotions etc. The back-end has a built-in Customer Repose System, which optimize the marketing-like requests of customers therefore increase the lifetime of customer's contact information from marketing aspects up to 15%. The system has our Data Cleansing module as well, which keeps the quality of addresses up to date. The back-end is able to export the databases in various formats (Database like SQL format, plain text or flat file formats, MS Excel or LibreOffice formats).

The front-end part is an online webpage which is the online client interface of the database hotel. Behing the front-end a separated database is existing with the anonimized and statistical-like copy of the database of the back-end. This method secures the personal data of affected persons in marketing databases. Clients and their co-workers has the possibility to access the front-end and to organise their marketing databases, making selections, building target groups and segments, to manage Nixies (Robinson lists etc.). Except the Robinson list non of the personal data of the affected persons in the marketing databases can be displayed on the front-end interface.

Data Cleansing reference database

Our reference database contains followings:
  • Postal reference database with nearly 800 000 records from 8 countries, including cities, streets and zip codes
  • Firstname reference database with nearly 10 000 names and nicknames from 12 countries
  • Family name list contains nearly 45 000 records of common surnames from 8 countries
  • Phone reference lists with area codes, pre-dial codes and phone formats from 8 countries
